Karnataka UGCET 2023 Notification for Admissions to B.Sc (Nursing) courses through Common Entrance Test 2023

'As per Government order No. MED 51 RGU 2023 dated 13-04-2023 for admission to B.Sc. (Nursing)
courses also candidates have to appear for Common Entrance Test conducted by KEA.
Eligibility: Applicant should have passed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and English papers
individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks together in PCB papers at the 1l PUC or 12th
Standard i.e. (10+2). The candidate belonging to SC/ST or other backward classes shall obtain 40% marks in
PCB papers together in the qualifying examination. Please note that SC/ST/OBC eligibility criteria are
applicable to Karnataka SC/ST/OBC candidates only.
Applications invited online, all eligible candidates who are interested to take admission to B.Sc
(Nursing) courses have to register for CET-2023 and submit / enter the application details through online in
KEA portal from 8.00 pm on 18-04-2023 to 22-04-2023 ~ upto 11.59 pm and pay the application fees before
23-04-2023. Further the candidates have to appear for CET-2023 for Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects
to become eligible for admission to B.Sc. (Nursing) course.
Non-Karnataka candidates will not be eligible for reservation. Further, non-Karnataka candidates will
also be not eligible for Government share of seats to B.Sc. (Nursing) course through KEA.
The Karnataka candidates, who have already registered for CET-2023, need not register separately
for admission to B.Sc. (Nursing) courses.
