Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:

  • Not exceeding 25 years on the date of commencement of training (Subject to DG's guidelines as applicable).

Medical Fitness:

  • Medically fit with eyesight 6/6, with or without external aids. Maximum power permitted ≤ 2.5, No color blindness, Medical examination will be conducted by doctors approved by D.G. Shipping Govt. of India.

Educational Qualifications:

  • 10+2 50% in PCM/ PCB
  • 10+2 with PCM 60 % aggregate marks from recognized Boards/Universities. Minimum 50 % marks in English at 10+2 of 10th level is a must. Fluency in written and spoken English is expected.
