The candidates who have submitted the Online application form in response to this office notification dated 22-03-2019 and figured in the list of applied candidates displayed in the Website of Dr.NTR UHS on 31-03-2019 are informed to attend at any of the following helpline centers along with Printout of application duly signed and enclosed all the required certificates for verification of their original certificates as per the schedule given below. After verification of original certificates, the final merit Position of the candidates will be determined and notified so that the candidates in the final Merit Position shall exercise web options for admission into State quota seats of Post-Graduate Medical Degree/ Diploma Courses as the case may be as per the schedule to be notified separately.

Note:
1. All the candidates having Community/ Caste certificate issued by the Govt. of Telangana should attend certificates verification at Dr.NTR UHS, AP, Vijayawada Help line center only.
2. All Service and Physically challenged candidates should directly attend on 03-04-2019 for verification of all their original certificates at Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada Center only.

PH (PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED) SEATS: (UNDER Dr. NTR UHS):

MEDICAL BOARD EXAMINATION ALONGWITH VERIFICATION OF ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES FOR QUALIFIED PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED (PH) CANDIDATES:

• The candidates applied for admission under Physically Challenged (PH) category are directed to attend for Medical Examination along with all original certificates and Physically Challenged (PH) certificates for confirmation of status of disability as per Government orders.
• Only those candidates confirmed by the Medical Board constituted by University will be eligible for selection against the seats reserved under Physically Challenged quota. The candidates who fail to attend before the Medical Board will not be considered under Physically Challenged quota for the academic year 2019-20.
• The regulations of Medical Council of India shall be observed in making admissions of differently abled (Physically Handicapped) candidates.

Processing Fee:

• For OC/ BC Candidates: Rs.2950/- (Rs.2500/- + 18% GST)
• For SC/ ST Candidates: Rs.2360/- (Rs.2000/- + 18% GST)

University Fee:

Selected Candidates have to pay University fee of Rs.23,500/- at the time of downloading the allotment Order.

Tuition Fee:

(a) The tuition fee is to be paid at the respective colleges under Dr.NTR UHS. The tuition fee is as fixed by the State Government vide Go.Ms.No.72 HM & FW (C1) Dept., dt.03-05-2017 and Go.Ms.No.77 HM & FW (C1) Dept., dt.06-05-2017 and as per the orders of Hon'ble High Court.

(b) The candidates selected for PG seats in SVIMS, Tirupati have to pay tuition fee as per the norms of SVIMS.

ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED AT THE HELPLINE CENTERS FOR PG MEDICAL COURSES:

Candidates attending for verification of certificates should submit the following Original Certificates at the verification counters.

• Printout of filled in Online Application form
• NEET PG - 2019 admit card and score card
• Aadhar Card
• Date of Birth Certificate (X class)
• MBBS Degree certificate/ Provisional certificate (in case completed internship recently).
• Certificate of Internship Completion by 31-03-2019.
• Medical Council Registration Certificate of state concerned.
• Study Certificates from 1st MBBS to final MBBS.
• Candidates who studied MBBS in Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada shall submit study/ Bonafide certificates from 6^th class to Intermediate/ 12^th standard.
• Candidates who have studied in the institutions outside of Andhra Pradesh have to submit 10 years (years of period to be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parent issued by MRO (or) Tahsildar/ 10 years continuous study certificate of the student/parent as they are residents of AP.
• The candidates claiming fee exemption shall produce the latest Income certificate of the Parent issued by mee-seva AP/ MRO/ Tahsildar/ White Ration card.
• Local status certificate issued by MRO for claiming as AP local as per Circular No. 4136/SPF&MC/2015-5, dated.08.08.2016 and 4136/SPF&MC/ 2015-13, dated.20.11.2017 (Children of parents who migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh).
• Permanent Caste certificate in case of BC/ SC/ ST candidates issued through e - seva / Mee-seva of Government of AP.
• Latest Service Certificate in respect of candidates claiming service weightage, if applicable as per G.O Ms. No.29, dt.22-03-2018 of HM & FW (C1) Department, Government of AP.
• Latest Physically Challenged (PH) certificate in respect of candidates claiming under Physically Challenged quota.

ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED AT THE HELPLINE CENTERS FOR MDS COURSES:

Candidates attending for verification of certificates should submit the following Original Certificates at the verification counters.
