What is GVSAT-2018 ?

• Suresh Gyan Vihar University (SGVU) is a private university located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The University was established through the Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur ,Rajasthan. Its predecessor institution, Gyan Vihar College, Jaipur, had been in existence since 1999.
• Admissions to the engineering program at Suresh Gyan Vihar University (SGVU), for the academic session 2018 will be made through GVSAT.
• It is organised into seven academic faculties composed of multiple schools and departments running around 200 undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD courses. This includes the Faculties of Engineering and Technology, Agriculture and Applied Science, Pharmacy, Education, Hotel Management, Management & Commerce and Interdisciplinary and Liberal Studies.

Eligibility:

• Candidates, either appearing for 10+2 examination from a recognized board in the year 2018 or having cleared their 10+2 examination earlier, with the minimum qualifying percentage as stated above, are eligible to appear in GVSAT-2018.
• 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English) with Aggregate 50%.Physics/Biology for Agriculture and Biotechnology program.

Application Fee: Rs.750/-

Payment Mode:
Option 1:Candidates can pay the fee online using a Credit Card, Debit Card or through Net Banking.
Option 2: The candidate can also pay the fee amount using a Bank Demand Draft drawn in favor of Suresh Gyan Vihar University payable at Jaipur. Alternatively, payment can also be made using a Challan (generate a copy of the challan form online) that can be deposited at any Axis Bank branch across the country. The user is required to send a print-out of the duly completed application form to the Admission Coordinator, Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Mahal, Jagatpura, Jaipur-302017, Rajasthan by speed post/registered post along with the original demand draft/ university challan copy, before last date.
Option 3: User can also deposit the application fee in cash at the University's Finance Department.

Syllabus:

GVSAT-2018 will be in accordance with the NCERT syllabus for standard 11th and 12th.

Exam Pattern:

Mode of Exam: Online / Offline

All questions will be of objective type (multiple choice questions); each question will have four answers to it with only one being the correct answer. Each correct answer will fetch the candidate 2 marks.
