  • PES University follows a structured admission cycle each academic year, covering registration, score submissions, merit list announcements, counseling rounds, and final seat confirmations. The tentative schedule for 2025–26 is designed to give applicants and parents a transparent timeline of key milestones. Students applying through PESU JEE, JEE Main, or KCET are required to complete specific steps within the deadlines outlined. These dates are subject to change based on official university notifications, so applicants are advised to check the PESU website regularly for updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech):

  • 60% aggregate marks in Physics + Math + Chemistry of 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Test Score in JEE Main / KCET (Karnataka State level exam) required.

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch):

  • No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with atleast 45% marks in aggregate.
  • The candidate needs to qualify NATA, an aptitude test in architecture conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA).
  • Minimum NATA score (eligibility) required for
    1. PESU Merit seat is 90 / 200 (may be subject to change based on norms)
    2. HFC seat is 60 / 200 (may be subject to change based on norms)
    3. KCET seat – Depends on KCET counseling process

Bachelor of Design (B.Des):

  • 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board with English as a mandatory course OR Atleast 50% aggregate in 3-year diploma with English as a mandatory course. Admission through PES Entrance Process or UCEED.
