All India Forensic Science Entrance Test (AIFSET)2025 notification

Eligibility criteria:

• Academic Qualification: Candidates must have completed their 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics should be the core subjects in the qualifying examination.
• Age Limit: Applicants should be between 17 to 25 years of age as of December 31, 2025.

Application fee :

• Amount: Rs.1,500 (Non-refundable)
• Payment Mode: Online payment through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Test pattern :

• Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted at designated test centers.
• Duration: 3 hours
• Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Sections:
  • Physics: 50 questions
  • Chemistry: 50 questions
  • Mathematics: 50 questions
  • English Language: 50 questions
• Marking Scheme:
  • +4 marks for each correct answer
  • -1 mark for each incorrect answer
  • No marks deducted for unattempted questions
