Suresh Gyan Vihar University(SGVU) is situated on sprawling campus of 31 acres in the historic city Jaipur, capital of Rajasthan, India. The University is in the South of Jaipur abutting the area of Mahal Jagatpura spread over 8 lakh sq.ft. constructed area.
Admissions to the engineering program at Suresh Gyan Vihar University (SGVU), for the academic session 2017-18 will be made through GVSAT. GVSAT-2017 will come to candidates as a PC-based online test or a conventional paper-and-pen based offline test. GVSAT-2017 will be conducted for the following undergraduate engineering programs of SGVU:
Candidates, either appearing for 10+2 examination from a recognized board in the year 2017 or having cleared their 10+2 examination earlier, with the minimum qualifying percentage as stated above, are eligible to appear in GVSAT-2017.

Payment Mode:
Option 1: Candidates can pay the fee online using a Credit Card, Debit Card or through Net Banking.
Option 2: The candidate can also pay the fee amount using a Bank Demand Draft drawn in favor of SURESH GYAN VIHAR UNIVERSITY, JAIPUR payable at Jaipur. The candidate's name, mobile number and the program opted for should be mentioned legibly at the back of the Demand Draft. Alternatively, payment can also be made using a Bank Challan (generate a copy of the challan form online) that can be deposited at any Axis Bank branch across the country. The candidate needs to send a print-out of the duly completed application form to the GVSAT Coordinator at the University's address (Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Mahal, Jagatpura, Jaipur-302017, Rajasthan) by speed post/registered post along with the original demand draft/ university challan copy, on or before the last date.
Option 3: User can also deposit the application fee in cash at the University's Finance Department.
The candidate can download the Application Form from our website http://www.gyanvihar.org/gvsat/ or can obtain the same from the University or from different form centers across India. Send the duly completed application form to the GVSAT Coordinator, Suresh GyanVihar University, Mahal, Jagatpura, Jaipur-302017, Rajasthan by Speed Post/Registered Post along with the requisite examination fee by mode of a demand draft / bank challan on or before the last date. Candidates can choose from among the following payment modes to pay the Application Fee of Rs. 500/-. Payment modes are same as above mentioned.
GVSAT-2017 will be in accordance with the NCERT syllabus for standard 11th and 12th.
All questions will be of objective type (multiple choice questions); each question will have four answers to it with only one being the correct answer. Each correct answer will fetch the candidate 2 marks. No marks will be awarded for questions not attempted. There is no negative marking either. There will be a total of 120 questions. The number of questions to each part will be as follows:

Candidates applying for Biotehnology or Agriculture can opt from among Physics/Biology as one paper. Chemistry, English and Mathematics are mandatory for all. For B.Tech and Dual Degree Programs, candidates need to appear in Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics.
