AP MBBS/BDS Final Phase of web Options for Competent Authority Quota schedule 2018.

• NTR University hereby notify the Final Phase of web based counseling for the MBBS/BDS seats available under Competent Authority Quota seats (i.e., Not Joined Vacant Seats, seats vacated after 2nd Phase of web based counseling under Competent Authority Quota in Government, Private Un-aided Non-Minority, Minority Medical and Dental colleges (under Dr. NTR UHS) and MBBS Seats in Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women (under SVIMS), Tirupati for the academic year 2018-19 in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
• All the eligible candidates who have got verified their certificates can exercise their options from

  at apmedadm.apntruhs.in as per the vacancies displayed in the website ntruhs.ap.nic.in and apmedadm.apntruhs.in
• The candidates, who secured admission in 2nd Phase of counseling and wish to change their college/course according to their merit, can exercise their web options. The candidates who are not joined in the colleges allotted in 2nd Phase of counseling can also exercise web options in the Final Phase of counseling
• The candidates who have selected in Final Phase of Counseling and not joined they will not be permitted for MOP-UP Round Counseling under Competent Authority Quota (if seats are available) for the academic year 2018-19
• The candidates who were admitted under AIQ Counseling are not eligible to participate in the State Quota Counseling. If any candidate violates this and noticed by the University at any stage then the candidate is liable for punishment and his/her admission will automatically stands cancelled.

Note:Candidates are hereby informed that as this is the Final Phase of web based Counseling for MBBS Course, those who are allotted seats should compulsorily join in the course otherwise they will not be eligible for further Phases of counseling if any.

Candidates while giving options should note that the seats vacated by the candidates selected in second Phase of counseling and slided to other college / course will be added & allotted simultaneously during this counseling. The allotted seat in second phase of counseling will be cancelled automatically on sliding to other college as per their option.

1. If a selected candidate in Final Phase of counseling wants to cancel his/her selection, before reporting in the college, he / she shall apply in writing to the University within the stipulated time specified in the allotment order. In case reported in the college, his /her withdrawal letter should reach the University through the Principal of concerned college before MOP-UP Counseling.

2. The seats arose after Final Phase counseling will be filled during the MOP-UP counseling. After MOP-UP counseling, the candidates will not be permitted to cancel selection/seat.

Eligibility:

• The candidates who have not exercised web options in previous phases are also eligible to exercise web options
• Candidates can exercise options for MBBS/BDS courses in all the colleges in which they are really interested to join irrespecti irrespective of Vacancies displayed irrespective of Vacancies displayed, ve of Vacancies displayed so as to give chance to next meritorious candidates as per the priority. There is no limit to the number of options.
• Candidates are not permitted to discontinue the course after the Final Phase of Counseling notification is issued i.e., 24.08.2018.
  The Candidates already joined in colleges under Dr.KNR UHS and who are continuing in the course under Competent Authority Quota are here by informed that they are not eligible for final phase of counseling for MBBS Course in order to prevent dual blocking,.
