Candidates have to attend verification with all Original Certificates and 2 set of Xerox copies of all certificates.
The candidates should carry Rs.2,00,000/- (Two lakhs) DD in favour of Director General Medical Education & Training, U.P. Payable at Lucknow to attend certificate verification.
If the candidate failed to attended the Certificate Verification On that particular date which is alloted to them, They can attend on 7th August 2018 at same Center.
