Karnataka MBBS/BDS Certificate Verification schedule 2018.

• UG-NEET-2018- Verification of documents at Helpline Centres:

A. General Instructions:

• Schedule for Verification of Documents is hosted on KEA Website
• The verification of documents will be conducted at Bangalore, Bijapur, Bidar, Belgaum, Bellary, Davangere, Dharward, Gulbarga, Hassan, Karwar, Koppal, Mysore, Mangalore, Raichur, Shimoga, Tumkur Helpline Centres
• Eligible candidates have to attend the verification with all the necessary original documents and one set of attested photocopies in any of the Helpline centres, the details of the Helpline centre is hosted on the KEA Website.
• However, NRI/ NRI WARDS/ PIO/ OCI/ FOREIGN NATIONALS/ and candidates eligible to claim category?2 to category?8 in St. John Medical College have to attend verification only at Bangalore.
• Non?Karnataka candidates are not eligible for reservation. Hence, in the UG NEET?2018 examination, if they have scored the required minimum marks or above fixed for others category as per the qualifying criteria i.e., 50th Percentile, then only they are eligible to register/ verification for admissions through KEA or for any other seats in the state of Karnataka. Please note that SC/ ST/ OBC eligibility criteria are applicable to Karnataka SC/ ST/ OBC candidates only.

B. Instructions to Karnataka Candidates Who Have Already Verifide Their Documents :

• Candidates who have completed their document verification as per their CET?2018 rank (Engineering etc), as per CET?2006 Admission Rules (who are holding verification slip) need not attend the Medical/ Dental document verification once again in case they have not changed any reservations. Such candidates should print the verification slip for Medical/ Dental from their student login from 26?06?2018 to 29?06?2018. Please note that the Medical/ Dental Verification slip is the only valid document for UG NEET 2018. The list of candidates who have verified their documents as per their CET?2018 rank but not changed any reservations for UG NEET 2018 is hosted on the KEA Website for the information of the candidates.
• However, those who have edited/ changed any reservation as per Government of Karnataka norms or those are eligible to claim Linguistic Minority or Religious Minority or NRI seats or specific reservation in respect to St. John Medical College seats, then they have to submit such relevant original certificates/ documents and attend the document verification with the following schedule:
• Submission of Special category certificates - (Karnataka) The Karnataka candidates who are eligible to claim NCC, Sports, Defence, Ex?defence, CAPF, Ex?CAPF, Anglo Indians and who have not submitted the special category certificates have to submit the respective certificates on 29?06?2018 at KEA Bangalore from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.
• The list of candidates applied under Physically Disabled category is hosted on the KEA Website. Medical Examination for such Physically Disabled candidates (Karnataka) will be conducted on 30?06?2018 - 11.00 am and verification of documents for the eligible Physically Disabled candidates will be conducted on the same day i.e., on 30?06?2018 after 2.00 pm.
• Kannada Language Test - for Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga Candidates will be conducted on 01?07?2018 at 11.00 am. The list of candidates who have applied under Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga is hosted on the KEA Website. Only those candidates have to attend the Kannada Language Test with all the necessary original documents and valid ID proof. The document verification for the eligible candidates who qualifies in the Kannada Language Test will be conducted on 02?07?2018.

C. Schedule for UG NEET?2018 Document Verification: (Based on NEET All India Rank):

NOTE: No Individual intimation will be sent to the candidates regarding date and time of the above schedule
