What is (AEEE)-2018 ?

• Amrita Entrance Examination-Engineering (AEEE) is an all India Entrance Exam conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in every year on an all India basis for admission to the 4 year B.Tech. Degree Programmes is offered by Amrita in its three campuses namely Amritapuri, Bengaluru, and Coimbatore.

Courses Offered:

Eligibility:

• Age: Applicants whose date of birth, as per school records, falls on or after 1st July, 1997.
• Educational Qualification: A pass in 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent examination securing an aggregate of 60% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with not less than 55% in each of these three subjects.

Application Procedure:

Mode of Application: Online / Offline

Application Fee: Rs.1000/-

• Through Online: Candidates can apply through official website of AEEE-2018 only. The official link for application registration is given at bottom of this notification
• Through Offline: Printed OMR application forms can be obtained in person by paying application fee Rs. 1000/-:
• From the list of sale outlets (Post Office, Dhanlaxmi Bank and Federal Bank), From the counter of Amrita Schools of Engineering at Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Coimbatore on producing a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Amrita School of Engineering payable at Coimbatore.
• Filled-in OMR application to be submitted to the following address on or before 31-03-2018. Applications submitted after 31-03-2018 will not be accepted

Admit Cards & Slot Booking:

• admit card will be generated after the slot booking of AEEE-2018.
• Admit Cards will be downloadable from the official website of AEEE.

Exam Pattern:

Mode of Exam: Online / Offline

• AEEE-2018 is conducted in two separate modes, namely Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and Pen & Paper Based Test (P&P) mode.

Admission Procedure:

• Counseliing and seat allocation will be purely on merit basis i.e. based on the performance in the Entrance Examination(AEEE)-2018

Scholarships:

• Scholarship based on their Amrita Entrance Examination-Engineering (AEEE) - 2018 rank.
• Tuition fee waiver ranging from 90% to 25 % is awarded to the students, based on their rank at the time of admission counselling
